Save the Dates

I promised I was going to show some of the Save the Dates that I designed for Syleena that we aren't using (after they go out, I'll showcase what we are using).

So here are a dew that weren't used:

I personally really like the first one, but she had her heart set on a collage Save the Date.  By the way, they are going to be magnets Save the Dates.  Cute huh?  

I'm working on designing some Save the Dates to put into my Etsy shop for brides to be.  Hopefully I will get around to getting them up someday.  I've got quite a few projects in the works- new items for my etsy shop, some blog designs, etc.

Engagement Shoot

I am finally getting around to posting some of the pics from the engagement shoot I did a while back.  But, I will say that we ended up doing it on two different days because Syleena the bride wanted some pictures with the groom in a suit (poor D).

So here are some of my favorites from the first, more casual shoot.  These were shot downtown and by the Mississippi river:

I've been working on designing the Save the Dates now.  I think we've got it pretty much done, but I am going to show some of the ones that she decided against soon.

New Adventure

I am really excited because this weekend I am going to be taking engagement pictures for my friend Syleena and her fiance!  There are so many fantastic thing being done for engagement pictures and she wants to use one for her save the dates... which I am designing as well as her wedding invitations!

I've been collecting images for her to see, and I've decided to share some of the inspirations for the shoot Saturday.  Usually when I plan to blog about something and I am pulling images, I am really careful about keeping the sources and linking them... unfortunately I wasn't planning on blogging about my inspiration and was just sending her images for her to see.  So, I am really sorry I don't have sources, but if these are your images, please let me know so I can source you!

I love both of these for Save the Dates.  I think they are adorable!  Especially the first one!
